• From Friday 18th November 00:01 GMT (the Start Date) to Thursday 1st December 23:59 (the Closing Date), customers who purchase products on the Brand Max website (the Website) will receive a £20 Voucher to spend on future purchases to the email address used to make the purchase for every £100 spent up to a maximum value of £100 Vouchers (the Maximum Voucher Cap).
• Delivery charges and the value of any gift card, discount code or other promotion used to make the purchase will not be included when calculating the value of the Voucher.

The following terms and conditions apply to this Promotion in addition to our usual terms for Vouchers https://www.sportsdirect.com/gctc
1. The Promoter is Sportsdirect.com Retail Limited whose registered office is at Unit A Brook Park East, Shirebrook, NG20 8RY (the Promoter).
2. The Maximum Voucher Cap applies to your combined orders across the Website and the App throughout the duration of the Promotion.
3. The Vouchers will be issued using the email used to place your order and will be issued on the later of either (i) despatch of your order (for home delivery) or (ii) when you have collected your order (for click and collect purchases), or (iii) from 14:00 on 6th December.
4. Vouchers will be calculated with reference to the total value of a customer’s orders (excluding delivery charges and the value of any gift card, discount code or other promotion used to make the purchase) over the promotion duration.
5. Vouchers can be redeemed on the Website. Our UK customers can also redeem the Voucher in one of our UK stores.
6. No cash alternatives are available and Vouchers are non-refundable.
7. All Vouchers are valid from the point of issue for two years.
8. The Qualifying Spend does not include:
a) the full value of any purchase made using another promotion or discount code (e.g where a product is subject to a buy one get one free offer or discounted, only the amount paid will be included in the Qualified Spend);
b) staff discount - 40%/50% Staff Uniform Purchases
c) the value of any gift card, voucher or credit note; or
d) delivery charges
9. If an order qualifies for an Voucher and the product(s) included within such order is/are later returned to the Promoter before the Voucher is used, then the Voucher will be cancelled should the total spend fall below the qualifying spend amount (excluding delivery charges) stated above. For example, if you order a product from the Website that costs £100 then you will receive a £20 Voucher but should you decide to return the product then the Voucher will be cancelled. You will be notified of such cancellation by email.
10. If an order qualifies for a Voucher and the Voucher is used and one or more of the product(s) included in the original purchase is/are subsequently returned, then the value of the used Voucher will be deducted from any refund amount relating to such order. For example, if you order two products from the website at £50 each, you will receive a £20 Voucher but should you use the Voucher and then subsequently later return one of the products you would receive a partial refund of £30 (i.e. £50 product minus the £20 spent using the Voucher).
11. The Promotion cannot be used:
a. on orders which are placed before the Start Date and after the Closing Date;
b. on any delivery charges;
12. There is no entry fee to use this Promotion.
13. The decision made by the Promoter as to those persons able to use the Promotion and the products that are eligible for the Promotion is final.
14. No correspondence relating to the Promotion will be entered into.
15. No alternative (cash or otherwise) to the Promotion is available.
16. The Promoter, in its’ sole discretion, may alter, vary or cancel the Promotion by giving notice on this webpage.
17. The Promoter accepts no liability for alteration, variation or cancellation of the Promotion.

4. To enter the Competition, you must:
a. Like the competition post on Instagram.
b. Comment your club and team name.
c. Follow @sportsdirectireland on Instagram.
d. Like and tag two friends on the Competition post;
e. must have your own personal Instagram account (corporate accounts are excluded from
participating in this Competition);
f. are only permitted to submit one entry per person;
g. be resident in the Ireland; and
h. must be aged 17 or over or, for entrants aged 16 or under, you must have the consent of
your parent/guardian prior to submitting your entry.
5. Entrants must hold a valid Ireland postal address. Failure to provide a valid postal address will void the
entry.
6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Competition.
7. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
8. Five winners will be chosen by an independent person at random, from all valid entries received, and verified
by the Promoter and its agents.
9. The Winners will be contacted by a comment on their post/direct message within 48 hours of the Competition
closing.
10. A Winner must contact the Promoter within 48 hours of notification to confirm:
a. they accept the Prize and these terms and conditions;
b. they are aged 17 or older, or if aged 16 or under, that they have the consent of their
Parent/Guardian (the Promoter may ask for copies of documentation to evidence this); and
11. If a Winner cannot be contacted or does not provide confirmation as set out above, the Promoter reserves the
right in its sole discretion to decide whether to select a replacement winner or not.
12. By entering this Competition, each entrant agrees to the use of his/her name, county and image (including any
avatar or profile picture) being used to promote the Competition in any publicity material being used should
they win the Prize. Any personal data of the winner or any other entrants collected by the Promoter will be used

13. The Promoter will bear the full cost of postage of the Prize to an address in the Republic of Ireland or
Northern Ireland only.
14. The decision made by the Promoter as to those able to take part and selection of a Winner is final.
15. No correspondence relating to the Competition will be entered into.
16. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
17. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party
connected with this Competition.
18. By entering this Competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and
conditions.
19. The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
